CONDITION: Record has been play graded and has no skips on either side. Record is glossy with a few light sleeve scratches on each side. Center labels are crisp and in excellent condition, with an owner name stamped in black on the black fields of both sides. Album cover has a handwritten name in black marker on the top of the front and the back (covered in pink Post-its in listing photos, cut to size of the markings), a 1 inch split at the lower opening edge, and lifting of the paper cover in the upper 3 inches of the spine, such that "Rubber" is essentially gone, "Soul" and "The" are there but crumpled, and "Beatles" is intact and legible. Remainder of spine is fine. Album cover has worn corners. Album sleeve has a small 1/4" hole at the side seam, but no other tears and no markings.
