4. Multiple photos are great! How does the photo scroller on the listing page work?
Listings can have up to ten photos. The photo scroller displays up to four photos at a time, vertically, in thumbnail size. Clicking on a thumbnail will launch the photo into zoom mode, where it can viewed in more detail.
For listings with more than four photos, the blue DOWN and UP arrows appear on the bottom and top of the photo scroller. Clicking these arrows allows you to scroll through the photos.

5. I am an international customer, and hope that my order clears Customs quickly. How do you handle customs matters on your end?
We will do our part to facilitate efficient Customs clearance of your order. On all international shipments, we prepare U.S. Customs Declarations forms for the U.S. Postal Service clerk to check and scan into the U.S. Postal Service's customs database.
In our experience, having these forms on the parcels, properly completed, can be helpful to avoiding needless delays in shipping and customs clearance.

6. For customers in the U.K., will any import VAT or customs duties be due upon receipt of an order from the U.S.?
For shipments from the U.S. into the U.K.: Import VAT and customs duties may apply to your purchase from us in the U.S., but they are collected in the U.K. from you directly. If applicable, they will be shown to you as a reminder at checkout from our UK view store, but you will not pay them to us. You will receive an invoice from Royal Mail / UK Customs for these amounts if due.
Currently, there is no U.K. import VAT imposed on values (calculated by combining the item price, shipping, packaging and insurance) under 15 GBP. No customs duties are imposed on values under 135 GBP or where the duty amount would be 9 GBP or less.
If your order value is above those thresholds, the UK rates that apply to the item purchased will apply (typically20%), along with the Royal Mail handling fee, which may be approximately 8 GBP (please check with your local Royal Mail Office to confirm their fee amount).

Where these amounts are due, they will be collected directly from you by your local Australian mail / customs office.
